Juveniles surrender county feile title
28 Apr 2005

After a number of years of feile successes St Brenda's surrendered their county feile title to a spirited Granemore side who ran out winners by a goal and a point after it took extra time to split the sides.

This was a highly entertaining game with both sides giving their all. Catching the eye for the Nab were Amy Lavery, Petrina Cosgrove, Megan Leonard, Meabh Toner, Roisin Hughes and Hannah McGeown but all the girls played their hardest. This is a young Nab side, maybe next year will be their day.

Well done to St Joseph's Madden for the excellent organisation and for the welcome hot refreshments- a great day out. Granemore went on to reach their first feile county final but were beaten by an excellent Keady side. Keady go on to represent Armagh at the All Ireland Feile in Cork in June, so best of luck goes to St Patrick's Keady from St Brenda's.
