Primary Team 'nab' county cship title

Our primary team turned in an excellent performance in this years primary championship final against St Joseph's Madden running out winners on a 9-2 to 1-0 scoreline. The margin did not reflect the game as Madden put it up to the Nab throughout and were unlucky not to have registered more scores. Amy McBirney was joint Player of the Match alongside the excellent full back for Madden, but there were excellent performances all around the St Brenda's side. This is a young primary team with many of the panel still in P5 and P6 so it augers well for the future. Excellent work has been done by Olive McGeown, Liz Lavery and Paula Vallelly in preparing this side, with Olive's expert coaching and encouragement particularly of note. As well as Olive's own very skillful daughter Hannah, this team has perhaps a few more budding Olive's coming through- wouldn't that be good news for the Nab! Well Done to the Primary Team and Management!
