NAB JUVENILES & POST PRIMARY SUCCESSFUL OUTINGS

Ballymacnab u12's set off on Monday evening to continue their winning form in the county league when they set off for Madden.
The game started well for the Ballymacnab girls who showed to be the stonger team, but Madden fought a hard battle and never give up until the final whistle was blew. Ballymacnab came away the winning team. The team was: Roisin Hughes, Aoife Mc Ardle, Meave Toner, Petrina Cosgrove, Aoife Cosgrove, Eilish Canavan, Caoifa Dougan, Louise Vallely, Shanna Dougan, Hannah Mc Geown, Amy Mc Burney, Cait Mc Givern, Aideen Lennon,Amy Lavery and Carol Mackin.Subs on the night Cailin Kennedy, Donna Vallely, Jane Lavery, Michelle Mc Parland and Grainne Murphy.Missing on the night were: Shannon Beagan, Tara Beagan, Sheila Mc Manus, Caílín Kennedy, Emma Fields and Caoimhe Mc Parland. Also Niamh Murphy was unable to play due to an injury. Well done girls!
Tuesday evening seen Ballymacnab's Post Primary team back again to Madden for another league match. This was a very skillful game but in the end, the Nab had the hunger to win it. Madden fought to the end and never gave up. Post Primary Team: Goals Roisin Hughes who made some lovely saves and cleared the ball out from her nets. The back line Michelle mc Parland Caoifa Dougan, Laura Smyth, Aife Crilly, Meave Toner and Aoife Crosgrove, defended very well and Madden couldn't get a ball through their defence. Midfield Captain Amy Mc Burney and Jane Lavery these two girls sent balls into the forward line and took some scores for themselves. The Forward line was Danielle Mc Kee, Hannah Mc Geown, Alanna Loughran, Hannah Gray, Cait Mc Givern and Donna Vallely who kept pounding the ball into the Madden goalie. Subs for the Nab, Cailin Kennedy, Emma Fields, Grainne Murphy and Aoife Grogan these four girls left their mark on the game. Missing on the night were: Caoimhe & Paula Mc Parland, Lauren Keegan, Shauna Mc Carthy and Olivia Keenan.
Ballymacnab won the match well.This Post Primary Team have done the double this year taking the championship and the league home to the nab.Their coaches Olive Mc Geown, Paula Vallely and Martin Dougan are very proud of these girls, as they put in alot of time and energy to get where they are today well done girls.
